Can we buy/hire from you even if you are not the Official Supplier of the University/College?

Yes. You can buy/hire from us even though we may not be the official supplier to your institution. Many students want a better alternative to the official supplier and we are just that, offering high quality products, convenience and efficient service. We will alwas make sure you get the correct attire (if we don't have, we will say).

The hood/sash colours are sensitive and therefore we require you to verify before taking. Material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.

Is there a deposit amount when hiring and is this refundable?

Yes. A "gurantee of return" deposit of R300 applies for all items that are hired. The amount is fully refunded when the items are returned on time and without any damage/permanent stains.

Can I extend my days to return the hired attire?

Yes, please notify our office immediately so that we do not initiate legal action. A late return charge of R100 per day will apply

What happens if an item of the graduation attire is permanently stained/damaged/lost?

We will require a full purchase price of the item when:

  • any of the garaduation attire items you hired is lost.
  • any of the garaduation attire items your hired are returned containing a permanent stain or damage. When so, you will then take the item as your own.

If you do not comply, we reserve the right to take legal action against you.
